Compared to the rest of the Council's powers Demeter seems the weakest. She can change seasons, big deal. Hephaestus wont be too worried if she turns everything into a winter wonderland. Even Khione and Aeolus have influence over nature. Any of the Council Members can beat her in a fight. All she ever thinks about is agriculture srsly.
