As someone who is a fan of both, but likes Techno way better, I must say this is simply false. You provided links to 3 videos. The first video, (about "parkour"), is a single round in a single tournament. And it's not even parkour. The second one also proves absolutely nothing, (although it is true that Technoblade is better at PvP). And you cannot tell me Techno is better at beating minecraft.

Well he's either extremely biased, or those are the only 3 minecraft videos he's ever watched.

Dream= god if have blocks and a bow and techno=god if pure melee

I'm not sure, but I think I heard Dream say Techno is better with a bow (in the "Aftermath and reaction" video).
