they do thats the cool down cuz if you hit before it ends it does less damage and you jump hit to increase damage

well you cant get sharpness to a axe even with a anvil in bedrock

you can, I got sharp 3 on a diamond axe via a lvl 30 enchantment (java)

Cause axes loses 2x of its duribility when used as a weapon in bedrock so basically it meant it cant have attack enchantments
