Its a very complex system.

Although a 10 points (not 100, i think you missunderstood as 100 but actually there is only 10 points different) is not a big difference that doesnt increase your rating increment.

You guys have a very close rating to eachother, gaining 8 is normal.

the minimum to win more points is a difference of 25 points if im right
