maybe in the settings, the fourk between the minimum and the maximum of your problem's elo.
I don't know exactly if it isn't this...

Same thing happened to me. I do puzzles basically every second of my life, but my rating seemed to go down. Not sure but I think that happened😟.

See the article linked above. Pretty much everyone had their rating change due to updates
last week my rating in puzzles was 2700 and now it was go down to 1700 elo
Isn't it concerning???
