Why does my live chess page does not work?????

I started to have this problem few weeks ago...but still it does not work...you can see the photos...My internet is of very good quality....then why it does not work!!!!!!???

These are my pics from both id's i.e. @bmschess_123,@bmschess_1......I play on these both id's on the same laptop....Is it possible there is some problem in my laptop only?

Pls reply and tell me what this problem is!......I have not played live chess since weeks except one time when the page loaded one time day before yesterday 

pls tell because my rest of the chess.com site is working perfectly and I can do everything on it except playing live chess...

and sometimes offline video streams also do not load

pls help so that I can play live chess again

Just fyi you posted this probably when chess.com was not working... so they'll get here  as for the issue...  have you tried connecting to the live server on your phone? I think it's an issue with internet but I don't know enough to confidently conclude that. You have video issues occasionally and can't connect to a live server which suggest you have a lot of lag [meaning you may be able to recieve the information but it would take 3 minutes from when it was sent rather than .001 milliseconds]. Have you rebooted your computer? The only other issue I can think of is your computer has a virus or malware causing your browser to malfunction.
