Rd4 was a brilliant
Why is this BRILLIANT?

It's because you lured the Queen away from the square where she could stop the repetition and with it the draw.
If the queen hadn't taken the rook she would go from C3 toE1
I'm not exactly sure this is the correct explanation but I gave a try. Hope it helps clear the fog!

It is because black has to take the rook or else it will be checkmate after if queen moves to anywhere move:- black queen moves anywhere then Qg7# . And if black takes the rook , king can capture the black queen and white will win.
it actually doesnt have anything to do with preventing the draw from not happening its simply draw anyway also its not because if white wont take the rook black will win its probably because of the reason that engine just sometimes gives to the moves that are sacrifices even though they are not necessary since its draw after rook takes on g2 white cant do anything to stop it other than giving up the queen which will result in a loss for white.

I actually misclicked the rook but it was a brilliant. Can anyone explain why?
It was one of the best moves (because it didn’t lose the draw), and it was a sacrifice… brilliants are often awarded to good sacrifices, even if they contribute absolutely nothing to the position.

Its because there is three fold repetition because of perpetual check
stockfish thinks if you won't sack, white can convert to win but thats only possible for like 1600+

As a 1600+, it’s a draw either way.
