I am assuming that your question is: Why isn't the V3 club playing vote chess. 

This clubs purpose is for discussing issues and helping members to navigate and transition into the new version of Chess.com. Which happens to be V3.

Indeed this is a chess.com club for questions and answers for using the new Chess.com version V3. There is no team matches or vote chess played in this type of club.
