My guess is that, as we are making actual jobs, only people who have signed up for a job will be promoted. This is not an official answer. You can contact MrOOFChess.Â

I demoted multiple people because too many people were promoted. I will soon only have people that are either staff or employees of Puppet World Domination promoted. I hope this answers your questionsÂ
