I would advise a new name. We already have a WOF variant entitled "Hedge Maze." Seeing as this one is nothing like the original, replicating the name doesn't make sense.

Additionally, this doesn't meet the requirements.

Thank you for posting a new Wheel Of Fortune game! Actually, you did almost everything correctly, we do not require 8 unique players or a span of 24 hours if it is a remake (we require at least 5 games instead). However, putting game-rules and time control is still a requirement. But due to a mistake from our side (comment #8), we made an exception and reviewed your position without fully meeting the requirements.
I'm really glad to see how players resolve the problems with such a nice way! The same ways I use in my positions, just changing a seemingly insignificant things, in the fact we change all the game.
By the way, both blue and green are able to give double and even triple checks to each others. I can't say that blue has a significant advantage since green is able to make right moves. But anyway, with ½|1D it is pretty difficult to find any forced lines, even with slower time control we haven't found it. Therefore, your efforts were successful! Also, now it became pretty fun, we need to create a path which will help us to give triple checks to our opponent in the future or to catch opponent in a labyrinth in "stage 2", when yellow is checkmated! So we shouldn't forget to keep an eye on yellow's checks!

To fix the blue hitting the side problem I added the rooks which act as a sand trap for green - allowing blue to double-check green but not vice versa.
I reduced checks and added the queens and amazons (allowing for more doublecheck) to make the game faster in the first stage- I wanted a small labyrinth that would in the second stage quickly resolve the winner as whoever built it the most to their favor.
I feel like blue has an advantage in the first stage but in the second stage, green has the advantage because in the first stage whenever someone uses their knight move it is helping the labyrinth be more green friendly.
oh and I also made it more open so there is more room before you hit a wall.
