Thing one, it actually does resemble the gameplay, and thing two, I'm thinking that it's highly probable that @qilp will understand the reference.
Status: Accepted
Reason: Quite an interesting position: although at first it seems that green wins trivially, later we found out that it is in fact red who has a theoretical victory if the enter the endgame, but rather hard to force in practice. As to make the variant more beginner-friendly, we're proposing the following changes: swap the number of checks for RG and change the time control to 1|2.
+1 fun! the faster the better. Ie.maybe 15 sec? I premoved easily having to move only the one piece. With~20 seconds left when game ends usually. I like the dynamic of preparing for the queens arrival and then slipping away from its grasp at the expense of the other player. Love the name, that's a hungry dog
