didn't you earlier say that you had to have 10 games posted, although all but five could be of another version??

Okay, let's clear the confusion. 
For a newly posted position (that isn't a revision) you need ten games, and out of those, at least five need to be the final version. 
If you are revising a previously declined (or even accepted, who knows) variant, you only need five more testing games (as in this case).
