Reason: The gameplay is fully based on luck, there is no real strategy players can employ except for bringing out heavy pieces and capturing zombies.

um use ur brain red has the opening tempo because they move first (duh), which means that with decent play red always wins

Green/Yellow are half random movers.

This implies that even with best play from both sides, red only has a slight edge over blue due to having the first move.

yes, red has a slight advantage, but this game is still about 85% luck, the main strategy being that sometimes you get to the end and cant capture your zombies last piece.

i think this game really needs some player interaction to not be a multiplayer solitare with random dice rolls added in.

Idea: the control gates can still work as normal. 
However we have teams (for example, red + green vs. blue + yellow) and both teams cooperate in an attempt to survive.

However it's designed to be a wof game (wheel of fortune) which is supposed to be a bit luck based
