I pity the fools. Money can be easily earned. There's no fun in money (especially such a mediocre amount) just falling into your lap. You've got to play the game - make a profitable business.
Hands down superpowers! That cannot be bought for any amount of money - there's literally no contest - it's infinitely more valuable. Besides, you could even use your powers to earn you way more than that... but, if you did, that would speak very poorly of your character and integrity.
But, seriously: sleep for 14 HOURS!!! Do you know all that I could do in those extra 5 hours! I think sleeping for 4 (FOUR) hours... and still get all the rest and repair (and dreams) as a healthy sleep. Now that's quite a power!

- Walk through walls, but, your clothes never make it with you
or
- Be able to fly, but, only while holding your breath
It's kind of tough, but, I don't want to worry about being naked or finding new clothes, so I pick flying. I know it wouldn't be for that long, but, it's still something!

Plus, if the villain pushes me off a cliff, or out of a plane, I fly to slow down the fall to safe speeds and pause for breaths in between. Wonder what the physics are for that? (Cue Mark Rober or Neil deGrasse Tyson)
