Wrong offline club results for Multi Club Arenas

How to get correct club results from Multi Club Arenas?

If you want to run a competitive Multi Club Arena there are some good reasons to fix the number of eligible scorers (in my following example: 10). This parameter will be shown to all participants of the Arena ("10 scorers"). Only online shown results during the Arena will take this setting into account. What do need you need to do now to get correct club results from your Arena?

1. You need to be online just before the end of your Arena with an open tab for this Arena and without any other "live" activity. Please note: If you've challenged clubs to other Arenas, it may be enough, that one of these clubs will accept their challenge to get redirected to this other Arena.
2. You should have another open tab with the start page of the hosting or one of the participating clubs. In the event that you will be redirected to another event, you can faster re-access "your" Arena.
3. At the end of the Arena you take a screenshot from the club results (see below).
4. Now you need to create e.g. an announcement to inform participating clubs about the results in the Arena (as offline shown results will become accessible for everyone: They will not take Arena's parameters into account and may shown different results – see below).
5. After having secured and announced correct club results you need to inform admins of participating clubs, where to find them ... and then they need to inform their club members about these results.
6. A few of those, who will consult the wrongly shown offline results, may contact you to inform you about "your" error in the published announcement ... and you'll have the fun to explain, that Chess.com regularly presents wrong offline results, which don't show Arena's setting and don't take them into account.

Chess.com knows about this for several months already. Most likely no one is working to fix this nonsense as @jdcannon's sporadic "Clubs Progress Update" doesn't show any corresponding ticket about "work in progress".

Would be great to see offline results

• which show all parameters of the Arena and
• which show correct club results based on these parameters.

This would allow everyone to have an easy, sustainable and reliable access to club results from all (future) Multi Club Arenas. Sounds reasonable, doesn't it?

@HimPhoton: No problem. As I know what I'm talking about, it took only a few minutes ... for each of both. Still hoping, that @jdcannon, who took "responsibility for all these club related issues" (already more than two months ago) will read this and finally act to fix some first of these issues.
