Year-End Promotions

I know I promised year-end promotions but after compiling almost 2500 matches to compute the 2010 stats, I'm all wiped out. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about replacing our promotional system with maintianing the team stats. What do you guys think?

i go along with the idea. its simpler,less time consuming and it shows the real output of each member.

BK and Team 54 - personally I like this new format, it shows how you rate in the overall team, and more importantly weather or not, you are helping the team or hindering the team. I am putting my hand up - I am a hinderer, sorry guys. Its okay when you are playing for yourself, it is irresponsible when you are playing for a team, to be losing more than you are winning. So I am taking a 'training time out for a couple of months' and going into study mode. Between BK Academy and chess.com all the training is there for us. We all have losing streaks - and I am pissed off with mine right now - back to study. Then come back on the team - I am on the bench for now. But as Arnie says 'I will be back'

Im not arsed BK about the promotional system! i agree that it was good while it lasted and dont want to sound like your hard work has gone to waste, but obviously if its leaving you wiped out and knobody else can help you??? its time to call it a day and continue pushing along the path to success: )
