Jainism is an ancient Indian religion that emphasizes non-violence (ahimsa) and self-discipline as the path to liberation and spiritual purity. It teaches that the universe and all its substances are eternal and that living beings have souls capable of achieving enlightenment through their own efforts. Jainism is rooted in the concept of transmigration of the soul and the importance of right belief, right knowledge, and right conduct.

The 5 Fundamental Principles are:

Ahimsa (Non-violence) to cause no harm to living beings.
Satya (Truthfulness) to always speak the truth in a harmless manner.
Achaurya (Non-stealing) not to take anything that is not willingly given.
Brahmacharya (Celibacy) to control the senses including mind from indulgence.
Aparigraha (Non-possession, Non-materialism) to detach from people, places and material things.

Still under construction.
