Announcement Volunteer Short-Term Leader for International SPACE CHESS CLUB

Dear members of the International SPACE CHESS CLUB,

I am looking for volunteers who can temporarily take over club leadership if I become inactive for a short period. The goal is to keep tournaments, training, and communication running smoothly.

Responsibilities of the temporary leader

• Immediate communication with members and in club channels

• Manage ongoing games and tournaments (confirm dates, share pairings)

• Moderate training sessions and events or assign experienced members to do so

• Make urgent decisions and report actions to me when I return

Availability and time frame

Cover short-term absences (a few days up to a maximum of 4 weeks)
