I learned to play chess as a young child. I have always enjoyed playing occasionaly I taught my children to play when they were young. my son has been a keen player from time to time and was in chess club at school.  He has an Uncle and cousin who play quite seriously (way out of my league I hasten to add) I am not a good player but would like to be better. I am at home a lot sometimes on my own and live very much out in the country. I am less busy thanI used to be, and fancied playing chess, but no one to play with (oh Dear!)  I then discovered chess.com what a joy I love it, even though I keep losing!
