BK chess sets from Russia

Has anyone ever heard of BK wooden chess sets from Russia? They are/were very simple, as if made for school or children. The pieces seem like late Soviet figures, without religious symbolism. They were/are quite rudimentary. The boards are folding, of cheap painted wood, with algebraic borders. Can these still be found?
