Why not get an $80 set off Amazon?  Unless you really want a professional board feel. My personal board only runs $30 and I am fine with it. Picked it up at Walmart.

Um, he's not asking about a board.

Stocks of reasonably priced chess sets are pretty low.  Ebonized will be cheaper than ebony.  Lacquer?  Depends on how you feel about glossy surfaces.  Here are a few choices, but you may need to wait for supply to catch up.

My favorite will always remain an early Frank Camaratta Collector's set, but for the price, I prefer these Staunton Castle pieces to the HOS lower tier sets.

First off $210 is a nice healthy budget for chess pieces.  Secondly is this a gift or for yourself?  I ask this because if its for yourself you can probably just checkout the main Vendors and see what you like in the woods that you like. If a gift you might want to be more conservative in wood selection.

I would recommend Indian Vendors because of the free shipping and you appear to be in South Korea. Due to a recent boom in chess popularity many sets might not currently be in stock but most Indian vendors are fairly quick.

Chessbazaar, StauntonCastle, ChessEmpire, RoyalChessMall.

Currently there is a Dubrovnik 3.0 set from Chessbazaar that has some reviews if you want to read up on it. Its also within your budget in most of its wood options.

Not sure which kind of wood you are looking for but this set is a really nice heavy and chunky. I have this same set except mine is Red & Black Lacquered.

There's one good article regarding the chess set options if you are looking under $200. Do checkout if you haven't bought it yet.
