Look at Kramnik's games in the Candidates, a lot of non-sense, so Carlsen is right - given that Grischuk said that his black preparation is bad, I wouldn't make Carlsen the center of everything. Just deal with it: he has a superior understanding.
Kramnik could second Anand against Carlsen

Eh
Carlsen has been very complimentary of Kramnik. He even indicated that Kramnik was one chess player who he thought he learned allot from.
There can be no doubt that Kramnik had more than his fair share of influence on theory. Berlin, petroff, white versus kings indian defense. Carlsen knows its not just nonesense.
I think this is just some friendly rivalary stuff.
I would love to see a match between Kramnik and Carlsen. Actually I would like to see allot more matches in general! The constant tournaments are boring.

Don't think Anand would ask Kramnik to be his second. They have a friendly relationship and I do think Anand would ask his advice, but only as a friend.
As to who plays better chess, that is up for debate. But they are all beyond my comprehession.
If you are asking about Anand's chances against Carlsen, it's very clear this time it will be a close battle. Anand knows exactly what to expect from Carlsen this time and he is the pressure free underdog. A pressure free Anand playing only positional chess ( with sharp tactical instinct ofcourse) is almost unbeatable as the Candidates 2014 showed us.
Losing his own long time personal trainer Peter Nielsen to Carlsen was the biggest set back Anand has to face last year because he showed Anand's weaknesses to Carlsen.
After watching Gelfand vs Anand I was hugely disappointed and was supporting Carlsen last year. Anand's comeback in Candidates was so incredable to watch that this time I'm rooting for Anand.
World chess championship is not about who has higher elo rating, it never was. After a long time we are going to have a close chess battle, a clash between Carlsen's positional grinding style vs Anand's common sense chess. I have no idea who is going to win but I know Kramnik is rooting for Whom!
It is known that Magnus Carlsen has spoken very disrespectful about Kramnik. For example he said: "It’s very impressive how he throws around different variations, and it’s not easy to see through it if you don’t know the game well enough yourself. But if you look a bit deeper, it’s often just nonsense." Here you can see Carlsen´s whole statements about his Russian rival: http://www.chessdom.com/13-year-old-magnus-bought-every-word-kramnik-said/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
Now there are chances occured. Kramnik has said he could eventually second his friend Anand against Carlsen in the following rematch, if Anand would ask him to do that. Here is the brisant saying: http://www.schachburg.de/threads/1597-Welche-Chancen-hat-Anand-gegen-Carlsen
Kramnik said: "Falls Vishy ein Angebot macht, kann ich darüber nachdenken". To translate this, Kramnik said: "If Vishy offered an proposal, than I can ponder on it".
That would be a sensation, I mean. It would rise Anand´s chances against Carlsen dramatically, and it would be a sweet revenge for the hilarious Norwegian.
