[Please don't make accusations or reproduce offensive content in the public forums: the correct process is to report this to the Chess.com Support team via Help --> Report Abuse, and they will investigate and take the appropriate action.

Screen shots help, but they are not definitive proof, as they can be faked: it would be best to not delete any user notes or private messages that you receive, as Chess.com Support will delete those after their investigation.

The "GM" icon indicates that this account is a verified titled player, and Chess.com does not allow impersonation of real people - so yes, @GMWSo is the Wesley So's account.

I am now locking this thread.

Is this thing for real? I can't even imagine him doing this.

You didn't have to insult him in your introducing sentence. Though his reaction is definitely regrettable.. Shame coming from a top GM.

you are absolutely right. but he used every chance to accuse him of cheating. for instance after playing him, he wrote things like "nice comp moves". and i was fed up with it. if you think some one is a cheater, why do you keep playing them? and why don't you just report them and let the staff take care of it? immediately after finishing a game how can you be sure if some one is using an engine? i knew from the interviews that this guy is a religious fanatic. he always wears a cross and always thanks lord when he wins and goes to church regularly according to his interviews. also he has shown rude behavior before when he played against Akobian and said rude things about him and hikaru twitted about it:

Somehow I doubt that is GM Wesley So. Maybe someone hacked his account? But if So (so), he should be ashamed.

This is very shocking! Never expected this from someone like Wesley So. But posting these things in the public forums is against the ToS. So you should delete your comments. But save those pictures and submit a ticket (I'm not sure if chess.com will act against a top GM but give it a try).

You have been reported.

At least try and make up something a bit more original, and of better quality.

I don't think he made this up. Why would someone accuse a GM for no reason?

But you should really delete your comment. It's against the ToS.

Wesley is too good. I am sure it is not him. Why did you insult him on the first sentence? And he does not target exactly Firougha. He just said 14 year olds from iran. And I doubt it is him anyway...

Yeah you shouldn't have insulted him in the first sentence. But the second picture in the first comment shows that he targeted Firouzja. Whatever, you should definitely delete your comments.

superchessmachine

Yes but his profile said nothing...

superchessmachine

Yet the other guy started raging

why do you think he is "too good"? are you friends with him? do you know him personally? people act completely different on internet from when they appear on public. they can wear mask and act nice. also read about the incident between him and Akobian and how he reacted and hikaru twitted about it:

Look at the fifth note in this user's page: https://www.chess.com/member/firouzja2003

That's what made me believe that Wesley So did that.

And didn't you see my comment? Delete your post!

His messages are consistent with things he says on interviews. As I mentioned before he thanks Lord after his winnings and go to church regularly and wears cross all the time. he has shown agressive behavior before. for example he pressed the clock so hard that his hand bleeded!

Sorry i will not delete this since I believe people have a right to see and know about this. If you act like this, you must be ashamed publicly to prevent you from acting like this again. This has to be open for everyone so no body allows themselves to act like this and think they can get away with it. as for submitting a ticket, Firouzja is going to talk to some one like Daniel Resnsch about this.

I understand. But this is against the ToS and they can even close your account for doing this. Submitting a ticket would be more sensible here.

OperationOverlord

I don't know if this is true or not. If it is, it makes him qualified to be President of the United States. Although he would have a lot of catching up to do in the name calling and lying areas.
