Rapid is probably closer to USCF. Online ratings can't really be converted to USCF though. Many people are better or worse over the board for different reasons.

10+0 or 15+10 its ok for me ... blitz is so fast for my turtle brain

i'm good at rapid and absolutely terrible at blitz

I'm great in bullet but between rapid and blitz I would prefer blitz.

The slower the time control, the more accurately the rating will reflect your OTB skill level.

Blitz and bullet ratings are related to OTB ability. But the faster the time control, the more nonchess factors affect the outcome, e.g., WIFI connection, mouse quality, computer size and speed, and distractions.

This makes me feel better, my blitz is always 950 best was 1100, but my rapid about 1400. I see a lot of blitz though around 1,000 putting in a 1500 strength performance...

I play better and beat better opponents in 5+5 than I do in 10+0 for some reason. I think I am a little less worried about running out of time in a weird game with the 5 second increment and play better as a result.
