Apparently you are unaware that summer and winter happen at the same time. When it is summer in the northern hemisphere it is winter in the southern hemisphere, and vice versa.
I am a member of the "Open Discussion" club, and one of the people who blocked me is an admin of that club. If I was the admin of a club anyone who blocks would be instantly booted.

That's what causes annual seasonal variations, not centuries-long planetary average changes.
