I think the one thing this OP needs is a highly detailed definition of the term "spam", with multiple case specific scenarios that provide further understanding.
What is and isn't spam usually depends on someone's personal preferences, experiences and individual interpretation of the word.
So be very clear what you mean by it.

Good to hear. Also, if you knew anything about TrollU, you would know that a good troll is a humorous one.
To be fair I agree with you on this one, spamming and over excessive quoting is annoying, but there’s worse things going on to campaign about. So don’t complain about the little things or the sharks will come sniffing!!!!
