At least don't use AI. It just makes you repeat what you said in the same way, which makes it hard for people who don't understand to understand it better. You said in your other forum post that you have an email from years ago proving it. Take a screenshot of the email and send it to support.

Staff should have contacted you via the email address that was on the @KINGDASHER email address.

You may need to open a support request to fully get access.
