I am completely against spamming, but I feel like Chess.com has taken it a bit far... In bug house I "spammed" to my teamate to stall 3 or 4 times and got a 60 minute mute on the first instance and a 60 minute suspension on the second instance. First of all, suspensions should NOT be given out for chat violations, but instead chat restrictions should be given out instead. Secondly, the anti-spam system should be updated to where you aren't flagged for sending 3-4 messages pretty fast. Instead the limit should be upped, and if this is annoying you, I think players should have the option to turn on "slow chat" when playing opponents. Slow chat is some-what like restricted-chat (or whatever it's called) where your opponent can only chat once every 5-10 seconds to you. I feel like this would be a much better alternative to the current system we have.
I know you guys have all been spammed at least a couple of times, and that you have been really annoyed or hurt by them.
I have actually never been spammed before
