Did chess.com get harder suddenly?

I feel like people at the same rating have been playing better lately and I have been losing a lot of rating points the last few weeks. Am I just playing worse? It could be because I quit caffeine but it's still a pretty big difference.

I think this is because bots started displacing good players down, and now all 2000 rating people play in 1000 and that is why i suck. I have no other explanation why is it so hard to play in this stpid app, whereas in other chess apps i have 2x the rating

It's a massive bottleneck, and it keeps getting worse.
