@MMTMIT let me tell you about my story.
One day I played almost 100 games of bullet in a day and increased 200 rating points. And I had a OTB tournament the next day.I thought that I had prepared very well for my OTB tournament.And the next day I crashed out of the tournaments with 3.5 points from 7 matches.
If you really want to aim for NM,IM, etc. Then you should really focus on OTB practice not chess.com.

For rapid you are in the 76th percentile so you are doing better than most people already. You also underestimate how much time people pour into this game. Compete with yourself and try to improve bit by bit and the game will be fun and rewarding.
