WIN ! . . . .

Always play people rated 500+ lower than you. The only downside is you will stop improving at chess too.

Git gud.

You only play Blitz. How do you expect to improve if you don't give yourself time to think?

Play slow games to improve. Play Blitz for fun.

snoozyman

analyze your games, figure out what you did wrong, work on puzzles, learn more tactics

The best way to never lose is to mever play.

If you play, you will lose.

pharmakon

... ummm... it's what you've been playing.

If you want to improve, focus on slow time controls, not five-minute games.

When I lose a game I do post game engine analysis to see what ideas I missed so that I can use them next time I play. I've also been playing 20minute rapid to give myself more time as I'm pretty new.

First, tell us when you learned to play chess and when you began to play on regular basis.

You stop losing same way everyone learns to improve. Read chess books. Watch chess lessons. Go over games played. Solve puzzles.

Losing is a part of the game

I suspect you are pretty new to chess, so here is something you need to know: If you can't stand losing, chess is not the game for you! Losing is the tuition we pay for learning chess! As you get stronger, you will have stronger opponents, and you will lose a lot of games to them, Every good played has lost hundreds if not thousands of games. But we don't want to keep losing in the same ways! Here is a look at the first moves of one of your games. I hope it will help
