I feel like I'm getting worse and worse and constantly losing games for stupid reasons. It's really taking a toll on my self-esteem. I'd like to play chess and enjoy it and get better at it but I feel like most of the time it's just making me depressed. I've tried taking breaks but it doesn't seem to help. I'll just come back from the break worse than ever and feel even shittier because of it. I'm interested in chess and I'd like to be able to enjoy it the way I used to, but nowadays usually when I open this app, I'll just end up feeling like I should quit chess.
