Hello,
I need you opinion regarding to "balancing application" that activate chess.com. Im player at legend level, and im losing games because of time that goes very fast. I notice that opponent's make moves for or sec and mine goes more than 10 second (!) I wrote an E-Mail to the chess.com and they were very clear - in cases when you are advancing (in my case i was 1221), they activate "balancing application" to decrease you points and help opponent to win. Usually, according the chess.com, they favorize the countries with big population, to motivate them to play more. I lost in two days more than 200 points because of this "policy". I can increase my points only with checkmate, in other cases I cannot increase my points.
I feel discriminated from chess.com, only that im not from a big country. I would like to hear from you any advice, since chess.com it is not responding any more on my emails.
Thank you
Chess.com does not rig games to make it harder for you to win. What you are seeing is probably lag and lag compensation.
