If you don't think you're good enough, it's probably your lack of self-confidence.
I feel like quitting chess...

There's no need to quit, I was stuck at 1700 USC for a long time until I finally discovered a way to improve. You are very good at tactics just like I was, you know your openings, theory, endgame techniques. But how do you find the best move in a position. Sometimes you just need to make moves that aren't blunders to win. Let your opponent mess up, and give them opportunities, your opponent isn't perfect, use that.
thanks

for five years I Was stuck at 800-900 uscf with no improvement lmao

If you can get to that Blitz rating you can definitely up your OTB and rapid. Just get used to it and don't feel rushed. You don't need to calculate too crazy to improve a bit more. You got this far, which is pretty far... so don't give up.

Lmao I started learning chess, like recognizing tactics and stuff. Before, I knew tactics, but I never remembered patterns, and I didn't know ANY checkmate patterns besides the very basics. I'm surprised I was such a high rating.

If u feel like quitting then quit.
Believe it or not ur decision isn't that important. ur just an average chess player who will most likely never make a living off of chess. It won't affect your life if u stop or continue playing. It's just a hobby for u, like the 99% of us here.
So stop trying to garner attention from a useless concept like this because u cant think of anything else to post about, and just make ur decision and stick with it

Here is a little brain trick, when your learning has plateaued, try teaching what you've learned. It will reinforce your understanding and could lead to insights and breakthroughs.

Just starting to play Chess but getting beaten by bots hits my self esteem
That's the point of bots lmao. Don't beat yourself up too hard.
