When you put a bunch of children on an unsupervised playground, this is what happens. And then you throw in parents (staff/moderators) that dont believe in holding those children accountable.

Yes we can block members but we can't stop them to write on forums about us... there should be an option also so we can stop them to write about us.

The reporting here amounts to your kid burning down the neighbors house, and mom an dad put the kid in time out.
If you feel the need to report everyone who doesn't talk to you nicely, perhaps chess isn't the game for you

Not at all. It just means that not everyone accepts your definition of "toxic." And why should they?
The fact that you feel "toxicity" doesn't mean anyone else does, or that the staff is required to take action. You are not the sole judge of what is or isn't toxic. You don't have veto power over what is said on the forums. You have the right to complain--which you exercise freely, but you are one voice among many. You seem to be under the impression that the forums should be regulated in accordance with your feelings
