I did and not only that I got muted multiple times
But now this site changed
In old days this site used to reply to everyone, every mails , now this site doesn't reply to ban mails and the moderator himself doesn't know how to survive if a person got ban and created another account without permission he will get ban , when I asked the mod (Martin) what shall I do in order to not get ban again , he himself said he has no idea . And if nobody replies to my mails , then what do you expect me to do?
I got banned due to mass reports I get from people here everyday , but mods/staffs won't do anything cuz nobody cares , then why should I ?

Yes I agree with you, on that accord.
The challenge these moderators face is they are not "up to speed" with EVERYTHING that happens with all accounts - and it's definetly they can never find out.
You just have to remember what you did the last time you were logged into chess.com - and whatever sensible and reasonable conclusion you got banned - well - you might as well take that for the reason - simply because chess.com staff nor the moderators are going to tell you.
But anyway sweetheart, welcome back!
