Yes, club admins have that in clubs, and moderators have that site-wide.  I also have the edit, delete, and stick options.

I also have a report spam option.  That's not for kids posting nonsense, that's for spammers that manage to get through the spam filter.  Otherwise, club admins have pretty similar tools within their clubs to what mods have site-wide.
