It was really more like 80% spam, 20% bug. There used to be a bug where you could spam the "publish" button for club news and It would post the same news multiple times. Thus multiplying the points that you receive. So I abused that bug to get tons of points. And since It was done in a private club it doesn't violate the chess.com terms of service.

After 0.33 million bullet games he is still 1000, that means he is just playing for timepass, how come after 12 years someone is still 1000, I am 1650 in just 1 year !

He probably just plays for fun, with no desire for improving. I made 1850 after a year and a half by learning from my mistakes and studying. He probably does none of this so he could play 1 million games and never improve because he will continue to make the same mistakes over and over.
