United States Chess Federation's Official Rules of Chess, Sixth Edition comes out today 8/5/2014. Have my copy coming from Amazon.Com to be delivered today. After 35 years or so I figured I need to read them over especially any changes and the rules on digital clocks etc. Trying to get ready to play in a tournament after a long long lay off.
