Since I obtained 4 Ultimate sets I decided to have some fun with one of them by giving them a different "look" by including kingside stamping. Not the greatest upgrade job but not the worst either and I can live with the results. The set will be my "banger set" when traveling so if it gets beat up during play I figure that it comes with the territory and makes annotation much easier on the game recording pad. It may not be to many's liking but it serves me well. I used a capital "W" letter punch, heated it up and branded the pieces with it .then just filled it in with black ink and white paint. Not the neatest outcome but it fits the bill for the intended purpose. I guess I can fine tune it a bit by coloring in the black a little sharper lines, the white paint outlining is sure tough though. "The other 3 remain in their original condition" was the ending of the titled posting.
