Add annotations to existing Chessbase Megabase game

I am studying an opening right now with both my instructor and with videos. One of the videos was exactly what my instructor had asked me to look in to, so in Chessbase, I brought up the game the GM on the video was talking about. I transcribed his comments into the game.

The comments are still there on the PGN I saved, but when I import this to the Mega Database, the alternate moves I added appear, but not the text annotations.

I've tried everything I can think of, including deleting the original game in the Mega Database and dragging the annotated pgn ... which still loses the text annotations. I originally entered the annotations within Chessbase, using the Mega Database, but "Poof!" they disappeared.

Does anyone know how to add annotations to a game in the MegaDatabase and KEEP them there?

Thank you for the quick answer! I found it by trying to save it in cbv format. When you just hit "File | Save" it asks you if you want to "replace the game in the database," which keeps the annotations. I now have it there, and am working on a second game, doing the same kind of thing.
