alternative for chess tactics for kid

I am 1700 and I am following books suggested by Dan, for tactics, I started with 'starting out chess tactics by ward' and completed it in 7hrs.... now I cant arrange his next recommended book, chess tactics for kids. Can you suggest any alternative?? Not chesstempo please!! I like books

Dan Heisman says the book Starting out: Chess tactics and checkmates bridges the gap between chess tactics for students and his book Back to basics: Tactics. Sounds like your ready for his book. I've heard good things about Susan Polgars book also, maybe check that out.
