It is missing a needed feature to scan an OTB score sheet and turn it into PGN for analysis. Its other features that I need, my old app already have. Also, it contains ads, which I dislike for phones because it kills battery.
I wrote an analysis board app a while ago. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing (first version done over night when I accidentally skipped sleeping that night : ) I wrote it while in bed because I wanted to replay a book's chess game and didn't want to setup an actual board; it's too bad for me because I didn't know how to use Fritz enough at that time to do that kind of thing (I was barely able to get a chess game going in Fritz; oh heck, I still don't really know how to do an analysis game on Fritz).
Despite the highly specialized nature of the app of re-playing book games, I've found it pretty useful (e.g. using it to figure out why my version of a chess puzzle solution isn't good : )

So, I've been wanting to update the app for some time. Finally, now, I plan to spend some quality time on it. Here's the flow/usage model I want this app to do:
1. Play an OTB chess game
2. Take a picture of the game's score sheet with this app
3. This app shows an analysis board with annotations similar to chess.com's excellent/good/inaccuracy/blunder and lines to prove it
The main idea is to have OTB games in database so I can run statistic tests on the data.
Your suggestions are welcome.
