I own F12 and www.chessbase.com had tutorials and FAQ files on it, and although a few recent forum postings claim that their customer support either sucks or is non-existent, I found that they answered me about 50% of the time (awhile back that is)

No problem here. I just open the multi-media from outside. Never tried it inside of Fritz. Win7 64 OS.
I figured it out. I do it from inside Fritz 13.
File. Open. Chess media file.
Browse to the .wmv file in the Fritz13 folder.
I haven't figured out how to do it from outside Fritz 13; I get the video but not the board if I do that.
Finally I did it. I threw out Fritz 8 and got Fritz 13.
Is there any forum on the net where I can post questions?
When I go to the multimedia databases provided the picture plays from the file but the board positions that the master discusses don't appear. I also can't get the multimedia database to open from inside the Fritz 13 program.
