That's not necessarily a set. The pieces and the board may have been purchased separately. I have a similar set of pieces that I purchased some 2 decades ago - mine is stubbier, but otherwise the details are the same and I saw other similar sets in stores, so if you look around, you should find them. Once you get a set of pieces, you can shop for a board based on the size of your King's base. The board in the picture has a special shape, but if you don't care much about that, you should be able to find an equivalent board quite easily.
Anyone know what chess set this is?

Slim knights with hollow cheeks, all muscle, no fat, the ascetic aggressive style, in artificial oasis settings. Are we sharks? Or do we bring to the board our yokel? Are we not women and men who live and die? My word, to be happy everyday, find friendlier knights. It's a sweet game at heart

This set is pre-1980's. Many similar sets like this one cam from behind the Iron Curtain so it is hard to find any more information.
However, whoever took the pix does not know how to set up s board.

Assuming that you're talking about the OP set: I purchased mine new in US post-2000 and I've seen others for sale in recent years at my local board game store (but not online, so I cannot find a link for it). They were sold in plain white cardboard boxes with no information on who made them or where. Just a small price tag. I always assumed that they were made in India.
Here's a similar set, except pieces are done in a mix of light and dark:

Not identical, but close.
EDIT: Found two more similar sets:

I’m looking to buy my first nice tournament size chess set and I really like the look of this board and pieces - anyone have any idea what set it might be?
