My aunt wants to buy me a propes chess board to play irl, I would like something portable and magnetic for outdoor use, probably water resistant too, any recommendations?

At $14.96 USD (25% Off), I’d probably buy two for peace of mind with a spare board and pieces! It’s not required, but having spare Queens/Knights is convenient for pawn promotion, although it’s very rare to be in a situation where you’d want to promote to a Knight without one available via a previous capture. They also have cheaper 12” and 10” options for the identical set if you decide to go that route. I’d measure out the board dimensions to get a feel for what you’re comfortable with.
