B.F. Ultimate Chess set v3 - black bishop (no longer) missing

Hi!

I recently bought the Bobby Fischer Ultimate Chess pieces (v3) and to my despair, found that I have three Queens and just one Bishop on the black side.

I am standing by for a response from the seller, but I can’t blame him/her for that, as the set did indeed arrive in a sealed box. So it has obviously been packaged incorrectly somewhere further up the chain. I just hope the seller may have a spare to send… and will be able to settle this with the supplier without a loss.

Wouldn’t by chance be anyone here, who got an extra Bishop in their set instead of an extra Queen? I’d be happy to trade! 😂😂

I've not heard of this but have no doubt he'll make it right.

By the way, is that a standard vinyl board that you've sliced the edges off? I like it!

The board is a "Flex Pad" that I bought from Chess House… at the time I bought it, the search function didn’t turn up with the version without notations. So I bought it anyway and trimmed the sides with an exacto knife. 😁

I found the version without notations later. 😂

The set is now complete and I love it! Looks great on Flex Pad and vinyl as well as on wooden boards. Feels and plays great… superb balance with a smooth finish, so a huge "well done" to Shelby Lohrman (and American Chess Equipment) also!
