Buying from New in Chess website

Hello everyone!
I was wondering if anybody here has ever bought anything using the NIC website because I want to try using it. So do they ship on time? Have you faced any problem or does it work just good as Amazon?

New In Chess is very reputable. I have ordered off of their web site a few times and never had a problem. They have been around for many years. You can't compare it to Amazon because they manufacture their own books and magazine and NIC is a chess publication company. They send out all products through their post I believe.
