How to open/join a teamgame?

I can't seem to find any option to open or join a teamgame, how does this work?

you can play 4 player chess and team up with someone 

Will that count towards the achievement(s)?

yes when you play you can get 2 achievements

and you can take part in vote chess...

Yes, vote chess is an achievement. But teamplayer and teampillar achievements, how are they achieved?

Team Player - You played in a daily team match.

Team Pillar - You played in 10 team matches.

That's what it says when you click on it, yes. But where do I join a daily team match? I can't find it anywhere.

Also, I see that you have the achievement Hindsight 20/20, how did you manage that one? I analysed loads of games (short, medium and long) and stil didn;t get it.

You belong to two clubs. If you go to their home pages, you should see a link for “Daily Matches”. That link will display a list of open daily team matches that you can join for your rating.

For Hindsight 20/20, I don’t know what kind of analysis it refers to. My guess is computer analysis (as opposed to self analysis).

With Hindsight 20/20 I also tried selfanalysis, for over 20 times from the beginning to the end. Every other computer variant at least 10 times. It is a total mystery that completely eludes me. Think I will ask someone from chess.com if this is bugged right now.

I know. It says 'you had 10 games analysed'. I analysed way more than that and in every possible way. So why didn't I earn the achievement?

With a lot of the achievements the 'explanation' of how to get them is quite vague. I.e. the searching for Bobby Fischer achievement, you need to search in a very specific spot, which I didn't find for days.

How do I join open team matches? There is no join button when I click on them?

Your rating has to be in the range of the match. And the match can't be in progress. Otherwise the join button will not be displayed. A club might not have any open matches at the moment.
