Can anyone identify this set?

I was online and saw an episode of the Cathrine Tate show called posh people nightmare. And noticed there was a beautiful chess set on the table. It has all of the style of French regency except the style of the king and queen was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Does anyone who collects historic pieces know what version/set this is?
